Motorola One Power Launching in India as Flipkart Exclusive on September 24: Price, Features

The Motorola One Power was unveiled during the IFA 2018 trade show and now, the smartphone is going to be launching very shortly this month. In fact, the launch is going to  take place so soon, that you will only have to wait for this Monday, September 24 to arrive to start placing your orders for the smartphone. Motorola One Power: Flipkart Exclusive, Details

According to the official Motorola India Twitter handle, the One Power is going to be launching on the 24th of September, and as a Flipkart exclusive. The details present in the tweet state that the smartphone is going to be available starting at 12 PM. It is highly recommended that you install the Flipkart app for your Android and iOS devices in order to be notified when the One Power is going to be available or not.

Thankfully, Motorola India also provided a link to its registration page where you will be notified when the device is going to be available to purchase. We recommend that you register yourself and follow the above instructions if you are really interested in purchasing this smartphone. We expect that there are going to be limited units of the handset available at launch, so take advantage of the opportunity given to you.

Motorola One Power: Specifications, Features

The Motorola One features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ LCD Max Vision with a 2246 x 1080 resolution, along with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a screen notch present at the top of the display. For the performance bits, the One Power takes advantage of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset that is paired with an Adreno 509 GPU. This combination is further mated with 3GB RAM + 32GB of internal storage for the base version, and 4GB RAM + 64GB of onboard memory for the top-tier model that is expected to be sold in India.

The phone has a microSD card slot as well, which can expand the internal storage further up to 256GB. Coming to the optics specifications, the Motorola One packs a 16MP+5MP dual-camera setup at the rear and a 12MP selfie snapper at the front. There is also a fingerprint scanner at the back of the device. In order to keep the lights on, there is a 5000mAh battery present that also provides support for Motorola’s TurboPower charging technology.

As for the connectivity options, the Motorola One Power has plenty of them, including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac/a/b/g/n, a USB Type-C charging port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0 with LE, and GPS with A-GPS.

On the software front, it should be noted that the smartphone is an Android One device, and according to the agreement between Motorola and Google, this handset will be running stock Android and will also receive software plus security updates in order to improve stability and performance in the long run.

Motorola One Power: Price in India

There are no exact pricing details provided by Motorola related to its One Power, and neither has that information been uploaded to Flipkart. However, given its specifications, we have a hunch that the smartphone is going to be priced at less at Rs. 15,000. If Motorola can manage to launch its One Power for less than Rs. 15,000
